Will & Co. Cafe is a place for family. Whether you are a family member working here, bring your family in to eat, or come here so much you are now considered part of the family! With a family like ours you have a lot of personalities and with that, we all specialize in something. Brooke has a love for all things coffee and healthy. She spent months researching the best coffee and finding fair trade organic coffees that taste amazing! We have organic drip coffee, organic flavored coffee, organic Nitro, and organic cold brew. All served in compostable Green togo containers! Jason loves to cook. He can pretty much make anything taste incredible. Brooke usually throws ideas at him and he takes the food to the next level. Whether it be making quinoa vegan hash from scratch or creating the most delicious fluffy buttermilk pancakes. Tom Bissett (Jason’s dad) is also in the kitchen right next to his son! Then we have Karen Davey (Brooke’s mom) who has the creative flair. She designs all our shirts which are sparkly and amazing. She is also in charge of all photography. Our goal if we had to pick one is to serve great food and delicious coffee in a family atmosphere.
